How to use your Bath Soak

Run your bath, the water should be pretty warm but not too hot, and comfortable to the touch. Add a handful of your bath soak into the water while the water is running to help the salts dissolve.
Soak in the water for atleast 20 minutes, all the while imagining that which no longer serves you leaving your body, and calming your energy soaking in. Candles, crystals and music can all help to focus your intention.
